This week I said goodbye to Szeged, "The City of Sunshine", and hello to Kecskemét, "Goat town"!
We had a special final lesson with Bonnie last Monday evening. We talked about Jesus Christ and I was reminded of my very first night in Szeged when I met her. I couldn't believe that there was a recent convert from Shanghai, China. I love Bonnie and know she will be influential in building the church in China as they prepare for a temple!
On Tuesday morning, a few branch members surprised us at the train station and waved as the train pulled out of the station. It felt just like a movie--except that it wasn't! I rode up to Budapest, met my new companion Sister Hutchinson from St. George Utah, and we rode to Kecskemét together. I love that I started in big busy Budapest, then moved to medium-sized Szeged, and now get to serve in kis Kecskemét. It's so quiet and cute and it feels special to serve here after Kellmer, Allen, and Tyler nővérek. We ride bikes everywhere and our first Sacrament meeting yesterday. I bore my testimony for the first time in Sacrament meeting!
Kecskemét is wonderful!
Love,

The new missionaries came!!! The whole mission is helping to train them for the next 2 weeks while we're in quarantine over Zoom--language, lessons, tips, etc. It's so fun!
Farewell party in Szeged :,)
I love you, Tyler nővér!
